The leadership team

The people behind Easton

Founder

Benjamin Guerrier

« At Easton, the numbers are not the only thing that counts. »

"After several years in practice, including a big four firm serving SMEs and both French and international groups, I wanted to build Easton: an agile, digital firm on a human scale.

My aim: to define a tailored engagement with you, so that we support your strategic decisions rather than simply producing annual accounts.

Our motto: together, let's go beyond your numbers!"

Partner

Philippe de Gridine

« A good CFO turns your numbers into decisions. »

"The role of an outsourced CFO is not just to produce dashboards. It is to be there at the right moment, with the right figures, to inform the decisions that really matter.

My aim: to become the founder's financial right hand: the person who turns strategy into day-to-day steering, anticipates risk and frees up time for what actually moves the business forward.

What I believe: a founder who is well supported on the financial side makes better decisions, faster, and with more peace of mind."
